AboutThe four-day festival includes two family-days on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 July and will host 20 storytellers from around the world, creating a fantastic festival environment.
The line-up includes internationally renowned Bob Hartman, who has entertained audiences on both sides of the Atlantic and is well-known for his dynamic, energetic and interactive performances.
Other storytellers set to perform are Devon-based Isabella Necessity and her Storytelling Bicycle; Tilly Tootales, who will also be running a course on Saturday 7th July to teach people how to be storytellers; African storyteller Abimbola Alao; and Snail Tales Theatre Company who will perform 'The First King… in a dress' on Sunday 8 July, which entertainingly chronicles the life of King Knut, the founder of Buckfast Abbey.
Storytellers will be based all over the site at Buckfast Abbey, including tents and marquees in the grounds.
Entry to the event is free, with free parking available.
