They will show you two methods for making traditional marmalade as well as a fruity reduced sugar marmalade. Then it will be hands on making your very own to take home. They will also show you how to make Limoncello and the best ever Lemon Curd.
Day starts with coffee at 9.30am and finishes at 3pm.
You'll enjoy a light, seasonal lunch in The Riverford Field Kitchen, and take home a selection of marmalades and curds made during the day.
