AboutJoin Dartmoor's Daughter to explore Brent Tor, an impressive rock outcrop on Dartmoor. And sitting atop it is St Michael's Church at 1,100 feet above sea level. There is evidence of an iron age hill fort as well as medieval ruined structures. Both the Mary and Michael energy lines meet there and run through it making it a powerful and fascinating place to dowse.
Dowsing is a form of 'divining' and it has been used for thousands of years for many different purposes, including finding water, oil, archaeological remains, missing people as well energy lines and testing for allergies. Our day together will specifically focus on dowsing Leylines and earth energies in the area on and around the tor. And there is an opportunity for some archaeological dowsing too.
DARTMOOR'S DAUGHTER creates walks and nature-connection experiences to enhance health, wellbeing and performance. All on the ancient, wild and beautiful land of Dartmoor.
