Using legendary autumnal veg such as squash, pumpkin and kale as well as the more unusual radicchio and Romanesco cauliflower, our chefs will leave you feeling inspired to go home and try the recipes in the comfort of your own kitchen.
The day starts at 10.30am with coffee and a tasty treat. The demo will start at 10.45am and will cover a range of dishes using seasonal veg straight from our fields, plus plenty of hints & tips and time for questions. Plus lots of chance to taste!
The fun, two hour cookery demo will be followed by a three-course lunch in The Riverford Field Kitchen.
