Our experts, Pam and Liz, will share with you some of their favourite recipes (plus plenty of their expert hints) of how to safely turn succulent fresh veg into some great store cupboard goodies.
The day begins at 9.30am with coffee and a chance to chat with Pam & Liz. It ends at 3pm and includes seasonal, light lunch in The Riverford Field Kitchen plus workshop goodies to take home.
