Using produce straight from the Riverford farm and pasta, olive oil and cheeses from Italy, you will enjoy a wonderful summer feast of Italian influenced dishes with veg at the heart of every plate. A wonderful set menu to share with friends and family - the Italian way.
In between professional kitchens, Letitia has cooked on a goat farm in Israel, hosted pop-ups and had a stall selling her food at Druid Street Market in London. Letitia currently lives in Sardinia and her food is a wonderful reflection of her English heritage with a Sardinian twist.
