You can lose yourself in an abbey or enjoy learning about by-gone times at Buckland Abbey, Finch Foundry or House of Marbles.

Why not spend an afternoon exploring an ancient stannary town like Tavistock, Ashburton or Chagford, take a wander amongst ancient ruins, step back in time at a museum, take in some heritage or feel inspired in one of the super galleries.

Whatever else you do, don't forget to visit one of the award winning Dartmoor National Park Visitor Centres at Princetown, Postbridge and Haytor.
