Road Directions

Becky Falls is 10 minutes from the A38 expressway by car and is well signposted from local roads. By car, we are roughly 30 minutes from Exeter, 45 minutes from Plymouth and 40 minutes from Torbay, depending on traffic. We would advise against using your satnav to travel to us but, if using, please only use as far as Bovey Tracey, then please follow brown tourist signs to Becky Falls and ignore your satnav's instructions, as they have a tendency to recommend a very long detour to us!FROM THE NORTH (M5, A303, A30, Exeter): Follow signs to the A38 expressway and then signs towards Plymouth. Take the Drumbridges exit (signposted to Trago Mills, Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampstead) and follow signs towards Bovey Tracey town centre. At each roundabout towards Bovey Tracey you will see brown tourist signs for Becky Falls.FROM THE SOUTH (Plymouth/Cornwall): Head towards Exeter on the A38 expressway, exiting at the Drumbridges roundabout and following directions as above.FROM TORBAY: Travel towards Newton Abbot on the A382. At Newton Abbot, follow signs for Bovey Tracey, crossing the A38 after the Trago Mills roundabout. After crossing the A38 you will see brown tourist signs for Becky Falls.

Public Transport Directions

BY TRAIN Our nearest rail station is at Newton Abbot. From here, travel to Newton Abbot bus garage and take a bus to Bovey Tracey. Travel from Bovey Tracey is either via the Haytor Hoppa (see below) or by taxi service. BY BUS Unfortunately there are no daily bus services to Becky Falls. However, the Dartmoor National Park run a seasonal hop-on, hop-off service (Haytor Hoppa) which runs to us via lots of very interesting Dartmoor landmarks. Buses run seasonally on Thursdays and Saturdays, or Saturdays only.
