The property has accommodation for up to 24 people with 6 bedrooms for between two and six people in a mixture of single and bunk beds. Inside there are 7 WC and 6 showers, five as ensuite washrooms, all with heated floors; two large communal rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with two large gas ovens and a commercial dishwasher. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is accessible, and the front entrance designed for easy wheelchair access.
There is also an option of 3 camping pitches (with power) and a hookup for a campervan.
There is a woodland garden which leads down to an open area with a fire pit, and an outdoor amphitheater on the banks of the Taw river.
