Road Directions

From Plymouth: At Buckfastleigh, take the A384 towards Totnes. 1/4 mile past the Dartbridge Inn, take the first turning left signposted Landscove, Hill House Nursery.

From Exeter: Along A38 in Plymouth direction. Take the second Ashburton exit at Pear Tree Cross. It is a straight 2 and a half mile drive on a winding and hilly lane. Don't turn off this road, just follow the flower signs to Landscove.
Hill House Nursery will be on your right 400 yards after you descend a hill.

From Totnes: Follow the road to Dartington. At Dartington Cider Press roundabout, take the third exit onto A384 past Dartington Cider Press on your right, followed by St Mary's church on your right and up an incline to Huxham's Cross, take right turn signposted 'Hill House'. Cross the pack bridge and the level-crossing at Staverton Station. Follow road's right curve and then first left, following brown flower signs through to Landscove. Carry on through the village, past the Live & Let Live pub and the village green.
Hill House Nursery is immediately behind the church.

Opening Times

* Open from 11am to 4.45pm 7 days a week including Bank Holidays and Easter Sunday. The tearoom is open March to September. Nursery closes two weeks only on Friday before Christmas Eve.
