AboutThe Cromwell Arms is an award winning, family run Country Inn run by tenants Gary and Julie Roberts.
Situated just a 5 minute drive off the A38 Devon Expressway and ideally located on the edge of Dartmoor.
The town of Bovey Tracey, also known as the Gateway to the Moor, offers easy access to endless Dartmoor countryside and the Cromwell Arms, being in the heart of the town, is a fantastic place from which to explore the whole region, from the moors, tors and villages, to the beaches of Devon and the rest of the South West.
With Exeter, Plymouth and Newton Abbot easily accessible from us, together with being only 10 miles away from the sea, our location is an ideal stop over for a business trip, a weekend break or for longer staying guests who are holidaying in Devon.
The Cromwell Arms offers 14 tastefully, newly decorated and comfortable en-suite bedrooms. One of which is a family room that can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Our newest room, our ground floor bedroom, is up and running and ideal for people where stairs are a challenge.
Wifi is available throughout the main building and we have a car park at the rear.
For people on business, we are ideally located and in close proximity to the Heathfield and Cavalier Industrial Estates.
Take advantage of our lawned beer garden with pagoda and decking for those warm sunny days or on those chilly winter nights, we have two log burner fires to keep you warm and cosy.
Whether you are on holiday, on business or just passing through, a visit here is highly recommended.
We are dog friendly in the main bar areas and some bedrooms. Please telephone in advance if you would like to bring your dog/s with you.
We even have some chickens to say hello to too!
